Our Process
This phase involves collaborating with clients to create detailed architectural and structural blueprints for the LSF building, ensuring compliance with regional codes and incorporating project-specific requirements.
In this stage, the steel components are precisely manufactured off-site in a controlled environment, resulting in high-accuracy prefabricated modules ready for quick assembly on the construction site.
This includes clearing, leveling, and setting foundations to ensure a stable base for the rapid assembly of the prefabricated steel structures, tailored to local ground and climate conditions.
The prefabricated steel components are swiftly transported and assembled on-site using modular techniques, significantly reducing construction time compared to traditional methods.
Final work such as insulation, electrical, and plumbing installations are completed, followed by inspection and client handover, delivering a fully functional building promptly and efficiently.
